Roll number 21 24 030 010 20900 0000; 452 Charleston Sideroad, Caledon; PIN 14273-0041 (LT); PT LT 16 CON 6 WHS CALEDON AS RO666923; CALEDON; File no 19-06 According to the last valuation roll returned, the assessed value of the land is $ 580,000 Minimum bid amount: $ 41,386.98.

Bids must be submitted in prescribed form and must be accompanied by a deposit of at least 20 percent of the amount of the bid, which deposit must be made by certified check / bank draft / money order. order of the municipality.

This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules adopted under that act. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered plus any accrued taxes and any taxes that may be applicable, such as land transfer tax and HST.

The municipality has no obligation to provide the vacant possession to the purchaser.
