DoH-MMCHD signs partnership with MYEG Philippines

The Department of Health-Metro Manila Center for Health Development (DoH-MMCHD), the lead health agency for the National Capital Region (NCR), and MYEG Philippines (MYEG PH) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide citizens a more efficient service. , secure, simple and reliable online payment system for DoH transactions.

MYEG PH is an e-solutions market leader championing online government service automation in the Philippines and Malaysia and a leading e-payment processing provider with 90,000 payment channels nationwide, payment options cash payment, credit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers, among others.

The partnership will enable payments for DoH permits, licenses, accreditations, authorizations, registrations, certifications, authorizations, violations and other transactions that will benefit hospitals, healthcare facilities, healthcare workers and other DoH customers in the region. Balboa said the MMCHD is the first DoH office to make online payments available, saying “leading the digitization effort will make our processes more effective and efficient.”

MyEG PH CEO Ann Saldaña praised the speed of the regional office’s business processes and pledged that MyEG will deliver the same speed with its services. She added that technical, promotional and customer support for using the new online payment system will also be provided.

Also present at the ceremony was the attorney from the DoH-MMCHD Legal Affairs Unit. Deane Denesy Jao and other office representatives, as well as MyEG PH officials.

The online payment system through the MyEG platform www.myeg.ph supports Republic Act 11032, also known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act “, and Executive Order 170 from former President Rodrigo Duterte.
